It was a busy day at the Abuja office of CLEFT & FACIAL DEFORITY FOUNDATION (CFDF) on March 11th, 2021. The expanded board of Trustees of the foundation met and deliberated on how to ensure continuous growth and philanthropic reach of the organisation, and prepare her for future challenges. The board of trustee members include: Dr Sanni Balarabe (chairman), Mrs Tosin Dokpesi, Mr Peter Ayoola, Mrs Riskat Bello, Dr Saliu Balogun, while Dr Seidu Bello, the Executive Director of the foundation who also serves as the secretary of the board.
According to Mr Ayoola who is a management consultant and member of the board, “CFDF has been doing a great job in alleviating the sufferings of the less privileged patients with facial deformities. The proposed Abuja Craniofacial Hospital for the Needy would be another giant stride. We are all enthusiastic and ready to join hands to help to improve health of the society’’
“The vision of CFDF in alleviating the suffering of the less privileged tallies with my philosophy of life, hence my participation in this project.” Remarked Mrs Tosin Dokpesi, a media executive and a member of the board.
The board of trustee was recently expanded in keeping with the hopes and aspiration of better society envisioned by the founder.
